• Act as the Accounts Payable (AP) representative for all three (3) Association companies.• Reconcile/Process all invoices.• Correspond with vendors on billing discrepancies.• Manage/maintain the integrity of the Accounting system and the department’s current/historical files.• Classify expenses to appropriate accounts.• Meet with the EVP/CEO and Director of Administration to sign checks.• Maintain the Check Request process.• Coordinate with staff for timely submissions of weekly Accounts Payables (AP) due.• Reconcile, verify and classify all corporate credit card charges for all three (3) Association companies.• Secure and manage contracts for all three (3) companies.• Reviews all expense reports for accuracy after EVP/CEO or Director of Administration approval.• Reconcile hotel master accounts and invoices after EVP/CEO and departmental review.• Coordinate and process all NIADA-PAC payable contributions and report to Controller. • Print A/P reports weekly and monthly for Controller, EVP/CEO and Director of Administration.• Perform periodic analysis on pricing comparisons.• Perform post-convention audits, including registration, based on reports versus revenues received.• In the absence of the Controller, perform all functions of the Controller.• Assist in the preparations of annual budgets.• Oversee Accounts Receivable department revenue and collections for all three (3) Association companies.• Meet weekly with NIADA staff concerning all Accounts Receivable.
