The first year as a leasing manager at the Woodlands of Gainesville. We maintained 100% occupancy and also reached 100% pre-lease for the 2011-2012 lease term. I also trained the leasing manager at our Tuscaloosa property. This property maintained 100% occupancy and reached 100% pre-lease for the 2011-2012 lease term.

As a leasing specialist at the Woodlands of Gainesville I signed 32.79% of tenant pool.I also wrote the sales training manual, procedural manuals for file completion and damage assessment training for the 2010-2011 lease term.

As a college student at the Universirty of Florida I worked as a market representative, maintenance worker and leasing agent at the Woodlands of Gainesville. I developed new on-campus marketing tactics, completed work orders for tenants ensuring customer satisfaction and a high renewal rate
