Steer budget development and business planning. * Rebuilt and led group that is beating bottom-line profit projections by $300K (to date more than 300% over prior year). Only group out of 5 in company to meet/exceed budget. Projected to finish 7% over goal for 2011.* Turned Service & Special Projects group around from losses to profit on $4.5M in sales within a year. Doubled top line ($8.5M) and tripled previous year's profits in second year. * Successfully entered Lexington market generating $1.2M in first year with margins exceeding 35%. * Put staff and processes in place to pursue design/build projects and Direct Digital Controls (DDC) installation/service business, adding over $9M in revenue.* Strengthened sales culture and performance company-wide. Instituted program that yielded $6M in new sales in 14 months with average margin of 19.7% (well above average).
