Fiduciary (Trustee of Estates and Conservator of Trustors): July 1994 - Current:-Circuit Probate Court appointed role as multi-client Trustee: Estate Administrator, Trustee, and Co-Trustee duties. As financial expert, conducted portfolio construction and analysis; risk/return management; investment/financial research; security analysis; retirement planning; income tax planning; estate planning: implementing, monitoring, and reviewing; financial planning economic concepts; tax/no-tax analysis of transfers of wealth (gifts, income, bequests). Calculated debts, expenses and taxes, coordinated timely filing of federal and state estate income tax returns, gift tax returns and probate accounts. Expert computer skills including but not limited to MS Office suite, MindJet Project, Access DB software, Peachtree accounting software, WWW web research and Outlook/Hotmail email. -Graduated B.B.A. in Accounting (24 credits CPA accounting/taxation major) with financial management experience. -College trained in principles of domestic Federal and state taxation. -Reported to Grantors, Trustors, and co-trustees-beneficiaries on the status and issues of the estates. -As Conservator: assisted frail kindred conservatees (Alzheimer’s, blindness, deafness, and semi-ambulatory) to live in their domestic residences, safely, as I assessed their daily needs, developed service plans with medical professionals and provided ongoing (24-7/365) monitoring. Part-time Position 2. Administrative Concierge Services: August 2004 - Current: -Provided general administrative concierge services for WGBH TV and Radio groups for business, social and entertainment events for up to 3000 attendants. -Provided custom administrative concierge to government leaders, Hollywood movie actors, Broadway theatrical actors, and major corporate CEOs at news, promotional recordings and social cast parties.
