Directed Sales and Business Development efforts for timely submission of RFP to Telecom Industry service providers. Developed and maintained vendor/supplier relationship with various functional departments within customer accounts. Generated over $1.2M in orders.

• Direct sales and marketing activities for EOS’ Applied Optics Center and other Night Vision products to government agencies and private firms doing business with the government. Generated over $10 Million in orders.• Develop and execute Sales/Marketing plans and programs both short and long range and recommend goals to higher management to ensure customer requirements are met.• Led R&D project to develop new laser optics coating system. • Provided vision, leadership, coordination, and strategic planning for supplier diversity at L-3 Dallas locations meeting or exceeding all government standards.• Successful management of the Supplier Diversity Program through the L-3 acquisition of Northrop Grumman.• Facilitated meeting or exceeding the annual DoD mandated spending goals for small businesses for the last 3 years, which resulted in an “Acceptable” small business program rating.• My experience as a professional has earned the respect throughout the supplier diversity community.
