Mr. McCall has been in the field of Solid Waste for over 19+ years with experience in both public and private sector entities. Mr. McCall has held the position of Solid Waste Director for Lake County, FL at which time during his tenure, implemented a new automated residential curbside solid waste collection program. This new program entailed converting 67,000+ residential units from manual and unlimited twice a week garbage collection to an automated once a week carted garbage and once a week carted recycling collection. This new system entailed the utilization of 95, 65 and 35 gallon carts. Mr. McCall has also held positions in the private sector from Business Development and Marketing to the level of a District Manager. Mr. McCall holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Warner University and holds an active SWANA Certified, Manager of Landfill Operations Certification. Mr. McCall is also an active member with the Recycle Florida Today Organization and is the Vice Chair for the Nation Waste and Recycling Association, Florida Chapter. Throughout Mr. McCall's business development role, he has solidified over $15,000,000.00 in new business through municipal contract awards. Mr.McCall has also solidified multiple municipal contract renewals resulting in increased profit margins and extended contract terms.
