Began my career in software development and technical sales. Moved into the utility sector as a SCADA specialist for PG&E, managing two Distribution and one Transmission SCADA Master Stations. Shifted towards integration with other Operating Technologies within the Utility. Left PG&E to start Layline Automation, a consulting firm providing expertise in Utility Operational Technology and System Automation. Layline has a project portfolio within the Utility industry that spans SCADA, AMI, ADMS, EMS, Data Storage and Advanced Analytics, providing services ranging from Architecture to O&M. Services have expanded to designing and implementing control systems across several industries and an expanding business in Operational Technology networking and compute infrastructure installation, with the experienced Project Management team to support OT projects. Our technician services range from moving full data centers to building new facilities to life-cycling end-of-service equipment at hundreds of locations across a territories as large as 70,000 square miles.
