I graduated from Hollis High School (Oklahoma) as salutatorian in 1972. I graduated from SWOSU in Weatherford, Oklahoma with a BS in Pharmacy in 1977 (President's Honor Roll). Worked as an intern for Revco DS Inc. from June 1977 until licensure in Oct. 1977. Was promoted to manager and pharmacist in charge in January of 1978. Worked in that position until being promoted to area supervisor in March of 1983. I held that position until September of 1986 and went back into a store as a staff pharmacist due to restructuring of the company. Company was later purchased by Eckerd in 1990 and I worked for Eckerd until June of 1993. I then went to Medco (now Express Scripts) and worked there until June 2014. I worked as a lead pharmacist from January of 1994 until September of 2013. Duties included UR profiling, neuro science profiling (I'm certified in neuro science), diabetes profiling (certified in diabetes) reviewing orders, performing audits and resolving escalated issues. I also helped with coaching and scheduling. I've also worked as a managed care pharmacist and senior DUR pharmacist. Hobbies include golf and spectator sports including Oklahoma football and Texas Ranger baseball.
