As Managing Director, Mr. Plauche is responsible for industry analysis, target identification and all information, data and research efforts to support our engagements serving a diverse client base, including private equity groups and corporate acquirers.Mr. Plauche has gained extensive expertise in a wide array of industries. This expertise has positioned Flatirons Capital Advisors as a leader in the merger and acquisition service segment, enabling the firm to effectively deliver on all engagements, including market research, valuation and competitive intelligence assignments.Prior to Flatirons Capital Advisors, Mr. Plauche spent 30 years in the securities industry. Mr. Plauche was a Sales Director of Linden Co. which went on to become part of the Willis Group of Cos. While there Mr. Plauche worked with companies in various fields including energy, transportation, logistics, manufacturing and technology. Duties included management consulting, risk management, risk assessment and financial consulting.After the acquisition of the Linden Co, Mr. Plauche went on to found a start up again working with various industries in the energy, materials and technology sectors. That work included extensive travel across the country and exposure to a wide variety of industries.Mr. Plauche attended Loyola University for his BBA and earned his postgraduate degree from St. John's University in New York. Mr. Plauche holds and has held various licenses including Series 63 and 22 working through a broker dealer.
