My expertise lies in aligning IT strategies with business objectives, optimizing IT support of operations, and leading large-scale infrastructure and enterprise system implementations.Throughout my career, I have been committed to enhancing efficiency, scalability, and profitability by leveraging technology life cycles forward into a modern workplace. In-depth competencies in Information Technology (IT), Operational Technology (OT), ERP systems, cloud computing, cybersecurity by design, and digital transformation initiatives that have contributed to the company’s growth.It has been an incredible journey being a part of Morton Salt and legacy Kissner Salt for the past twenty years, now SCIH Salt Holdings. With Kissner Salt, we were a small but ambitious team with a vision and I have been privileged to work with and report to some outstanding CEOs and CFOs.Through various acquisitions and divestitures over the years, SCIH Salt Holdings (Morton Salt) has become the largest pure-play salt producer in the world. Through its subsidiaries, the Company produces salt for culinary, water softening, household, road deicing, food processing, chemical, pharmaceutical, and numerous other uses. Its iconic salt brands include Morton (United States), Windsor (Canada), and Lobos (South America). Currently there are 31 mine/evap/solar facilities, 90 salt depots, 9 offices, 2 ports and Ships.
