I was appointed by the Florida Bar Association as a civilian committee member. We investigate and attempt to ascertain all facts relating to the grievances referred to our committee by The Florida Bar and submit our findings, taking action or not, following the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.

I founded this organization including conceptualizing and implementing innovative business building strategies for diverse organizations. I've successfully gained over $400k in early stage investment capital for several start-ups, devising strategies, crafting funding documents, marketing plans and presentations. I also serve on the Advisory Board of LoyaltyShares, a start-up with a vetted SEC methodology of converting loyalty currency into shares of stock of the issuing company.

I was appointed by the Cape Coral City Council to this commission. The purpose is to review the City of Cape Coral, Florida governing documents. This commission is established at least every six years to review the governing documents and charter to consider amendment recommendations to the City Council.

Appointed by the Supreme Court of Illinois to serve as a civilian member of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission overseeing cases against the legal profession brought forth by peers or the public.

This contract business development position was offered to support proposal development, prospect generation, presentations, loyalty strategy development, and sales of programs LoyaltyWorks could fulfill.

In this vital role, I advanced from Sales Executive to Vice President of Business Development with full P&L accountability - achieving a 30% increase in profit by up-selling and providing excellent customer service. I oversaw team of seven and developed innovative sales strategies and uncover new opportunities. Finally, I managed high-profile client relationships to retain and grow business earning the esteemed "Goal Makers" performance award for driving sales and profits.

I conceptualized and executed national sales and marketing strategies for M-240 & M-249 machine guns generating sales to US defense and US Government markets. I created their trade show strategy resulting in creating new weapon applications and platforms. In addition, I coordinated relationships between engineers and customers at all levels.

Directed interface with lead electrical | mechanical |optical design engineers to incorporate actuators into night-vision | target acquisition systems |missile seekers | satellites during system developmental and prototype stages.
