Experience as a Chief Administrative Officer, Community/Government Relations Representative, Business Development Executive, Senior Human Resources Leader, Business Line Executive and Community Leader.He served as the Senior Business Consultant and former Director of External Affairs at CAI.CAI is a global technology services firm with over 6,500 associates worldwide and a yearly revenue in excess of $1 billion. He is a senior representative for the organization in the public and business communities, and is directly involved in senior level business development. .Prior to joining CAI, Skip was Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary of Telespectrum Worldwide, a $400 million publicly traded outsourcing company with over 10,000 employees. He was responsible for human resources, administration, legal and facilities management and public and government relations. Before joining Telespectrum, he was an Executive Vice President at WSFS Bank, where he led all retail lending activities. Skip began his career with Marine Midland Bank in New York holding several senior leadership positions in banking and human resources, including Chief Administrative Officer of Marine Midland Bank ( Delaware )He served as Chairman of the Board of The Grand Opera House in Wilmington DE for 11 years. He also served as a member the Board of Directors of The Christiana Care Health System for 8 years until Jan 2021, where he also served on the Executive Compensation and Governess committees of the Board. He currently is a member of the CCHS the Heart and Vascular Council and is a member of the Advisory Board of the CCHS Green Magnet Fund. He a member of the Board of Directors Easterseals until 2023 served on the Board of of the Wilmington Urban League. He is also a Member of the Board of First State Innovation. In 2022 Skip served as an " Ambassador " for the BMW Championship and on the developemnt committee for the USS Delaware Commissioning event. He was also was selected to become an Honorary Commander in the Delaware National Guard. In 2023 he was selected as the "Citizen of the Year " by the Del-Mar-Va Boy Scout Council.Skip holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Ithaca College, an M.B.A in Management from Fordham University, and is a graduate of the Advanced Human Resources Program at Penn State University.He resides with his wife Marilyn in Chadds Ford Pa..
