NASTF was founded in 2000 to facilitate the accessability of technical service information, training and tools between the OEM car companies and the independent service technician. As Executive Director I have the honor to serve a distinguished board of directors from the aftermarket and OEM segments.

* Reorganized financial statement reporting and association governance, engaged Board in first ever strategic planning exercise, and established vision and the marketing materials to communicate it.* Cut annual loss in half in first year. Obtained State insurance license and created new association benefit around employee benefit health insurance.* Created new partnerships with local community colleges to advance industry education initiatives.
