I ensure projects stay on track and coordinate the appropriate team for each job, I oversee the training and development needs for each team member to deliver the high level of service and quality work that customers expect.I act as company liaison between vendors and internal contacts and staff to manage operations from project inception, budget proposals, task delegation and needs analysis until projects are completed. I identify and manage all project dependencies and critical path plans to alleviate any foreseeable timeline or deadline delays.
