• • Oversee the successful implementation of all development project activities including energy savings calculations, scope selection, proposal development, scope implementation, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Also a member of the Senior Leadership Team for the South Region where my responsibilities include ensuring the organization is effective and success by taking on responsibility for the implementation of an appropriate strategy that the organization can adapt to, effectively managing the demands of stakeholders, giving clear definitions of what constitutes effectiveness and success. While ensuring the implementation of the strategy, targeting of resources towards success and reviewing if their actions are relevant to the organization’s overall goals. Serve as primary point of contact with customer to manage the integral details of the delivery process of an energy savings project. Work with clients and staff to develop solutions that meet the needs of the client while maintaining a positive profit margin through sound construction. Oversee all direct and indirect project-related activities, Coordinate implementation hand-offs between internal departments, and deliver committed project objectives. Transition project from implementation to Operations & Maintenance & Verification relationship. Determine and deliver scope, schedule, budget, and margin targets to define project expectations. Document and resolve customer service support and billing issues. Deliver accurate and timely business reports. While developing and maintaining client relationships at a variety of levels to help formulate business and sales strategy with team.

Develop winning sales strategies and presentations with in the Energy Service market with emphases on the PHA vertical Market. Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships in the South West market. Identify potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options. Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals. Close new business deals by coordinating developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

Redevelopment of assets and contract management which included but not limited to: Demolition, Disposition, Development of site planes, Tax credits development, Contract negations, Project management, Inspections and Financial distribution control.
