Work at:• inspecting the progress of the following projects: capital repair of highway "Kharkov-Krasnograd-Pereshchepino" (commissioned), capital repair of highway "Kiev-Kovel-Yagodin" (the most of areas have been commissioned), "Reconstruction and extension of apron “S” at International Airport Boryspol’" (commissioned);• arrangement of departmental activities at management company, at Project Management Department of SU-813, and project management groups of SU-813;• developing the project management regulations and procedures of Corporation;• arrangement of initiation, planning, and control over schedules of Corporation project portfolio;• arrangement of information support for staff of the entities and Management Company – on issues associated with project implementation;• optimizing and coordinating the office administration at project management;• preparation of consolidated deliverables for management of entities and owners of Corporation;• support, performance control, and permanent improvement of CPMS for the entities and Corporation;Part-time employment as Director of geodesic entity "SPM" Ltd.

Worked at: project concept, planning and monitoring of construction schedule for project: "Construction of Shopping Center “Magi Center" in Vinnitsa". Interaction with onsite construction group. Interaction with Employer (JSC "KMT") regarding the project progress control. The project has been completed in time.

Work at:• planning the main schedule of Prime Contractor under project "Design and construction of ChNPP Object Shelter CF-1430" – with drafting of baseline plans, cost estimate of the project, and forming the budget and schedule of payments on this basis;• daily and weekly deliverables on civil work implementation by Subcontractors;• deliverables to Employer and Owner;• development of predictive schedules for involvement of mechanical, human, and financial resources;• preparation of letters on issues of concern.Implementation of:• control of work execution by Subcontractors;• onsite interaction with Subcontractors’ foremen,• control over progress of civil works,• planning and control of Subcontractors’ schedules;Participation in:• onsite production meetings on the project.Also, participation in SIP projects "Reconstruction of Rehabilitation Center in Slavutich" and "Construction of Personnel Training Center" – as Pre-Production Engineer at BE "Slavutich" of JSC "UTEM". All facilities have been commissioned.
