Led the creation and delivery of a product management upskilling program training over 250 people and focusing on valuing outcomes over outputs, realizing the power of descaling and iteration to deliver faster and more flexibly, and continuously innovating based on customer data. The program dovetailed with the company’s Agile transformation, assisting in shifting mindsets to an iterative, action-based, and data-driven, outcome-focused approach. Material created provided hands-on practice and coaching in product discovery methodologies, including creating experiments and pivoting based on data produced. The program followed Kotter’s model for 8 steps of change, which included running a steering committee, producing written and verbal monthly communication, recording quick wins and widening the scope of partners practicing these methodologies to solidify the change, refreezing it in corporate culture. Established key program supports, including a Community of Practice which included alumni of the program and their teams, methodically deepening and reenforcing learning through knowledge shares, applied learning discussion groups, book & video discussions, and gamification of concepts. Produced templates, guides, workbooks, and a series of knowledge-share recordings. Trained other trainers. Led team in the creation of 13 APIs for the Wells Fargo API Gateway Developer Portal. Launched Standards Review Board responsible for creating a comprehensive set of standards for the firm's Developer Portal JSON REST APIs. Led PSD2 project for Gateway, establishing a sandbox for Payment Initiation and Account, Transaction and Balance information delivered on time to meet EU regulatory deadline. Wearing many hats - led, delegated, innovated, and labored to help client launch a new business channel in the financial technology space. • Successfully led collection of business requirements for multiple software projects in the Global Billing Department.
