As the Product Manager for ServiceNow in KMD and NEC Global, I have the overall responsibility of Product Management in a ServiceNow Center of Excellence and Innovation (CoEI). This consists of managing multiple ServiceNow instances with the goal of maximizing the value of ServiceNow within both KMD and NEC Global.
As the Product Owner for KMD ServiceNow, I have the overall technical responsibility for the product, including product strategy, roadmap, and prioritizing the backlog across the development and architect teams. The team handles, among other things, the development of internal and external integrations, automation/process improvements, reporting foundations, data security, portals, as well as the daily operation of KMD's ITSM system.Additionally, I am responsible for ensuring appropriate compliance of the product with both security related requirements like ISO 27001 and NIS2 as well as data protection requirements like GDPR.
