The course teach the basic concepts used when acquiring, storing, handling and visualising geographical information – with an emphasis on digital maps and digital techniques. I have helped introduce the basic analytical capabilities of vector/feature- as well as raster-based GIS to the students during exercises. I have been supervising student projects - this includes helping students formulate and solve concrete problems analytically in ArcGISpro andArcGIS online and pressent the results as posters or as Storymaps.

Developing and teaching a course introducing datascience in R. The course was taught to biology students on both Bsc and Msc level with approximatly 100 participants in 2021, 2022 and 2023. The course aimed to help students with no programming experience to understand the basics of R as a programming language. The course introduced different data types and how to interact with them as well as the base R syntax. It introduced R-studio and how to import, export and manipulate data and how to acces and use packages like tidyverse.

The position included running study sessions for the students taking the population biology course in collaboration with the courses teachers. The course is a Bsc level introduction course to the basic concepts and theoretical foundations of population biology, using a range of studies on the population biology of plants and animals. Part of the position was to help update some of the software used in the exercises, developing R-scripts to perform stochastic population growth modelling.
