I have to plan sprints and lead groomings with new tickets. I am also managing weekly releases, where I am deciding based on business requirements what should we deploy and when and controlling the whole process. I am also managing upgrades of custom instances of our clients.• Other responsibilities are managing and prioritizing dev and devops work to achieve our long term plans with our products and environments to have better technologies and more valuable products for us and our customers.

• I was responsible for talking with clients about their problems and thinking about new features. I was preparing rough concepts from the beginning as drawings on paper, discussing them with stakeholders such as clients, our business etc. to test these ideas with them. After being convinced based on information we get, I was assigning these concepts to designers to design by the criteria and using these designs for developers when I was preparing tickets for creating new features. So my job was to think about the possible features based on clients and our business needs, discussing them, assigning to designers and creating tickets for developers to develop them in nearest sprints.• Next step for me was leading my own project with externalists such as communication mobile app for lawyers and their clients. The main problems were finding the main balance between security and usability for both sides. The app was end-to-end encrypted and the main focus was on messaging, creating tasks and sending files between each of the groups. I was working not only on a product, where I had to figure out how it should work in general, but also managing daily standups and sprints to make the whole app works and developed in our deadlines. • At the end I was managing also our main web application and at one time thinking about new features, assigning work to designers, creating new tickets for our main web application, keeping an eye on finishing on deadlines with mobile app and building right processes inside the company for our technology team.

• Developed a performance management application that is used by more than 6000 users in 18 countries. I was part of a team responsible for building new features and releasing them to the production, refactoring and expanding on existing features, and integrating with the data layer. Main technologies used were C# ASP.NET for backend, MS SQL database, Razor engine for frontend, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap. • Developed an application for managing corporate results as a team lead.As a team lead I was responsible for designing the backend and frontend architecture. I also developed complex parts of our security system, API endpoints and data structures. We made C# ASP.NET API with MS SQL database and for frontend we mainly used React.js, Redux.js and plain JavaScript.

• Developed two React.js applications for creating events and achieved special recognition. Main technologies were React.js, Redux.js, CSS3, SASS, HTML5, JavaScript.I had to built whole frontend with designs and API endpoints. User could create account, made events, participate on them and comment it. It was built mainly with React, Redux and several other libraries.

• Developed an app for booking and scheduling cheap flights around the world. Mainly Java.I was part of the team working on cheap flights. We made scalable Java web application. It was basically application connected to several APIs from flight companies. App sent you notification on email, when prices of your chosen tickets dropped beyond your selected price - threshold.
