As Associate Director of Prospect Management and Analysis, I regularly extract data from the database for various purposes including providing information to fundraisers and for analysis projects. I analyze data on university constituents and fundraising efforts using a variety of tools including Excel, SPSS, and Tableau. Significant recent projects have included designed and implementing a "readiness" score on assigned prospects, and creating a data-informed gift scale for the current $750M campaign. I also oversee the management of prospect assignments to fundraisers, and an on-going screening program to identify new prospects. I was a co-lead for the Prospect Management module when we transitioned from Banner database to BlackBaud CRM, which included responsibility for system design, data conversion, and policy development, and have a strong understanding of database design and management.

As my role in the Office of Prospect Research and Management evolved I continued to perform many of my previous duties while also engaging in more prospect management as well as data analysis. I was partnered with individual fundraisers to assist in maintaining data integrity as well as discussing proposals and prospect strategy. My role initially focused heavily on the research side of the Office of Prospect Research and Management, including compiling profiles of Bucknell constituents for university leadership. I also collaborated with fundraising staff to maintain data integrity, prioritize portfolios, and provide information as needed, and maintained information in the Banner database such as constituent research, prospect ratings, and fundraising proposals.

As a counselor on the young adult unit, I collaborated with unit staff to plan and coordinate daily activities and events for the adolescent clients. I independently maintained a case load of an average of nine to twelve clients including providing individual counseling and communicating professionally with parents, law enforcement agents, referrals, and funding sources. Also, I designed, facilitated, and evaluated group counseling sessions and documented all activities as required while complying with appropriate state and federal confidentiality regulations.
