My architectural practice is devoted exclusively to accessibility, inclusive design, and the creation of equitable environments, as defined by both civil rights law and common decency. I provide consultancy, litigation support, and universal design guidance to cities, facilities, institutions, and businesses, as they forge strategies to eliminate barriers to access in the workplace, residences, municipal programs, existing facilities, and planned new construction.For other architects, I perform peer review of architectural plans and specifications, to ensure that capital projects will meet the requirements of ADA, ABA, and Fair Housing laws.I provide access audits of buildings and facilities to serve as a point of departure for accessibility compliance initiatives.I offer evaluation of programs, policies, and procedures, to lay the foundation for the development of comprehensive policies of inclusion.I am especially interested in aging in place.Member of the American Institute of Architects
