As a member of the Escrow Audit/Disbursement Delay Resolution team at Title Source I had the opportunity to cross train in many roles within Title Source, and gain knowledge of Mortgages and Refinances through Quicken Loans. As an Escrow Auditor I was one of the last sets of eyes that reviewed a client's closing documents before their funds are disbursed. A combination of speed, accuracy, attention to detail, and problem solving were integral to my job. Being well versed in each State's and county's specific laws for recording mortgages is essential. While working with the Disbursement Delay Resolution team, problem solving became a larger part of my day-to-day work. Working in tandem with Quicken Loans' delay team, along with several other Title Source teams, our goal is to find the easiest solution to resolve any issues or errors found within a client's closing documents, in an effort to disburse their funds as quickly as possible.

Through Renhill Staffing Services I was placed at Holland Elementary School, in Maumee, Ohio where I assisted in a kindergarten classroom. I was specifically assigned to one student who had been diagnosed with a multitude of learning disabilities as well as behavioral issues. With the guidence of the school's Early Intervention Specialist, the classroom's head teacher and the student's guardian I developed a daily routine as well as a reward system. As a result of these we were able to successfully reduce his behavioral outbursts and allow him to remain in a mainstream classroom.
