Individually handled plant to ensure smooth production in shifts.Handling of breakdown and resolving issues at the earliest.Doing Preventive and Predictive maintenance. Preparing data sheets and information sheets for easier understanding of plant operation and related network topologies.Looking after any Logic and scada modifications for better and easier running of process.Other ResponsibilitiesSpare parts management.Preparing indents for spare parts.Imparting training to technicians on plant operation and maintenance.Other modification jobs in software as well as hardware to reduce cost & time of production.Looking into mechanical maintenance of PRT (Power Roller Table) i.e. ground conveyors, hoist maintenance, Drop Lifts, JJump systems and Heat Exchangers.
