IT Operations, Project Management and IT Service Management has been my world throughout my career. I have always worked on improving and optimizing delivery within these areas to create 'value for the business'. Experience has shown me two essential elements for success:- Clear Ownership for any asset is key to improvements. A project, a service or a process needs active ownership anchored in the business or all effeorts to improvement will fail- Think cusotmer value first - and all the way.
