Idea to create a Company Culture Market began when I entered into recruiting business for the second time. I decided that I will not “sell” people to no name companies but get candidates excited to join a specific corporate culture, a specific product and team. Basically, to attract them to the pure essence of the company. I started every project with a cultural audit leading to find unique elements of a work environment. All projects were completed successfully so I became interested in upgrading the concept. I am convinced that "Company Culture Market" offers an alternative to typical hiring process, where companies seek skills and competence only and between conscious hiring that has a true impact on people development through values and similar mindset. From October 31st 2015 great companies now can attract candidates who share the same values and vision. Seeking a new job will be upgraded to a higher level. This is evolution. Our goal is to make people stop looking through “bullet point job ads", but rather to look at specific companies where they will feel well and comfortable. Life is too short! Don't spend it working somewhere you don't fit...or just for money. Work for the best leaders on the market. COCUMA is a piece of art.
