Assist customers through all stages of the book manufacturing process, from initial order and file review, to material and finishing recommendations, to invoicing, proofing, production, and shipping. Evaluate customer files to ensure print readiness, and advise on formatting, design, and technical issues. Coordinate with production team to ensure quality and meet project deadlines. Source custom materials and work with outside vendors as needed to achieve desired result for books.
