In addition to that, I was also doing a lot of remote server management and on-call duties.Most of the work was done as L1 support but very often the tasks were more akin to L2 support. One half of the work was to offer phone and email support to clients (small businesses) on their problems with the used website platform and email service. The other half of the work was to ensure all the websites were published correctly and on time. There was no real process for publishing the websites so I had to create one. In addition to that, I also prepared trainings and was actively developing processes for the non-technical team. Providing support for the non-technical team was also a big part of the job.
