Manage multiple projects from pre-construction activities to completion of project; Serve as a liaison between General Contractors and ownership, providing guidance with respect to the scope of work and interpretation of the design intent; Perform site inspections to observe work activities and ensure all work is carried out in accordance with regulatory codes, industry standards, drawings, and specifications; Interact with local authorities and inspection agencies to guarantee a smooth transition from project completion to obtaining Occupancy Permits; Interact and coordinate with technical representatives from manufactures throughout the construction process
