About Anders Skovgaard Winther

I work with change leadership, organisational engagement, strategy roll-out and corporate training and learning in some of Denmarks biggest organisations. From a design perspective I help plan and develop human-centered change initiatives and interventions. As the Head of Design and Development at Workz A/S I lead a small but wonderfully dedicated and skilled team of graphic designer and content developers. In close collaboration with our consultants we design and develop workshop concepts, serious games, dialogue tools and events to support learning, employee involvement, leadership development and mind-setting. We help create change through involvement for some of Denmarks biggest organisations.In the past I have worked with design and concept development in the media (television, web and games) as well as big budget educational games development as a member of the games developer network Game-driven (www.game-driven.dk).
