Striving for continuous growth and learning…. I've spent a lot of time operating in and learning about the intersection of data, people, process, and technology. My experiences provided behind the scenes views into the operations of designing and delivering people experiences that support the employee lifecycle. I've created magic with limited resources and executed on HR strategic initiatives in the areas of compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and talent management.I have many transferable skills! I love the idea of being an HR Business Partner to internal clients helping leaders and their teams think about the talent implications of their goals and strategy. I will always be interested in the HR tech space and would gladly help manage that anywhere. The work, the culture, the organization's goals, and the people I will interact with are what I care about most.
