In Sachin’s previous Chief Technology Officer role at the Medical University of South Carolina, he created and oversaw the strategic initiatives and operations of the MUSC Digital Health Solutions Center, a Clinical and Translational Science Awards special emphasis center. In this position, he managed the operations of all digital health, mHealth and Telehealth services that range from leading remote patient monitoring initiatives to award winning tele ICU infrastructure MUSC Center for Telehealth, a HRSA-designated National Telehealth Center of Excellence to being co-investigator on multiple NIH extramurally funded mHealth grants. Sachin developed and managed the budget of over $40 million of state-invested telehealth funds for South Carolina and successfully executed contracts to assist in many disciplines within the digital health products.Sachin's community engagement and giving back spirit through mentorship and leadership has led to a soccer youth national championship in 2017 & 3rd place in 2018. In 2020 Sachin co-founded a youth soccer club and serves as President of a non-profit entity FC Charleston. Sachin serves on the advisory board for joint College of Charleston, Citadel and Charleston Southern University Computer Science programs.
