CurrentEstablish and cultivate business relationships with national and international law firms and corporations utilizing networking, market research and cold calling and warm calling techniques; market legal placement services and spread brand awareness throughout the legal and corporate community; recruit, interview and screen attorneys for direct hire placement with law firm and corporate legal departments; identify and source active and passive candidates through advanced search techniques; negotiate compensation and terms of employment on behalf of candidates; provide career coaching and counseling to candidates; lead permanent recruitment team for organization which includes driving individual and team revenue targets.
