* Handling design and development, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of control systems and MCC panels for industrial refrigeration plants (Ammonia and Freon).* Developing logic for compressor skids, NH3 pump stations, chilled water systems, valve stations and leak detection systems that align with refrigeration processes using S71200/1500 PLC's.* Interpretation of P&ID diagrams and developed HMI/SCADA screens for effective monitoring and control of systems.* Documentation of technical submittals of the I&C systems including PLC & SCADA system architecture, I/O lists, PLC wiring diagrams, cause & effects diagrams for clients and consultants.* Selection of Electro-Pneumatic process instruments which include Flow/ Level/ Pressure/ Temperature - Transmitters/ Switches/ Gauges based on the project requirements.* Active involvement in project planning activities such as BOQ preparation, site co-ordination & execution and training onsite teams to ensure efficient project delivery and adherence to specifications.* Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) to ensure system functionality and compliance with specifications.* Attend maintenance activities at site to troubleshoot the issues and to ensure proper functioning of control systems to minimize downtime.

Third party integration through PLC, HMI, SCADA, Energy Meter and BMS System for Soft Starter, Core Sense Module of Compressor, Drives, Energy Meters Reading etc.4.
