We have plans to expand soon to another niches.

SMR Agency is a management consultancy firm based that provides tech-related support to organizations and companies.We have worked with clients like UNICEF Tanzania and others to large-scale projects.

The Honorary Consulate of Mauritius in Tanzania facilitates stronger economic, social, and political ties between Mauritius and Tanzania. My position focuses on the economic ties, where we facilitated the visit of the Prime Minister of Tanzania to Mauritius in March 2017 to promote trade relations and the signature of several bilateral agreements. We have also managed to attract several Mauritian companies to invest in sectors across Tanzania, like sugar, agro-commodities, textile, and fisheries.

The Honorary Consul of Mauritius to Tanzania handles several social, economic, and political issues on a daily basis. As his Strategy Consultant, I advise him on matters of importance, and the approaches to take on issues. I execute on the plan of action that we devise; be it setting up and attending meetings on his behalf, negotiating business deals, or liaising with different government agencies.

The Allamah Rizvi Foundation is a non-profit organization that works on specialized projects in Shia-majority areas around the world to bring them services like healthcare, education, and economic empowerment.We are currently established in East Africa, the Middle East, and South East Asia. As Founder and Director of the Allamah Rizvi Foundation, I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization, as well as the strategic and long-term goal setting. I started this organization as the sole employee, and we have now grown to a team of over 10 people based across the three countries.We are looking to partner with organizations and non-profits that are working in the Middle Eastern and South-East Asia region, in the fields of healthcare, education, and economic empowerment.

DotSyndicate Ltd. is a web design and development agency working with companies in India and Tanzania on their online presence. We offer website and software development, app development, graphics design, and corporate branding services.Within the first few weeks of operation, we were able to get two large clients, and we intend to expand rapidly in the coming months.

Voice of Iran for Culture and Education was a for-profit education company that had has three campuses across Iran. We focused on the market of college students and alumni. We gave them training in the niche of World culture, Western and Eastern philosophy, and other side-income potential careers like freelance writing, graphic design, etc.One of the largest educational marketing companies in the country bought out VOICE in 2018. It is now operating under their brand.

I worked with other E&O interns to spread the current message of the organisation, as directed by the Education and Outreach department. I also approached those whose rights may have been violated and getting them in contact with the relevant departments within the organisation.The team that I was assigned to worked remotely, which allowed me to take an active part in the discussions and decision-making processes. We helped tremendously with the research, especially viz-a-viz the cases related to Constitutional Law and the Bill of Rights. This fit in nicely with my major at the University of Tehran, and contributed to my selection to the University Journal team as described below.

I helped evaluate applicants of various grants made available by UNICEF Tanzania based on several factors, such as feasibility, financial returns, impact on the local community, etc.. After the thorough research and evolution, I would then submit my proposal to the Grant Evaluation Committee, who would then make the final decision.I went through 7 proposals in my time there, and in all 7 cases the Committee sided with my position. The experience taught me a lot about how to formulate projects, and also how to apply for grants and funding.
