With two decades of leadership and management experience within the Defence sector, I’ve been privileged to fulfil roles covering operations, projects, delivery, training and business development across the globe. I am currently overseeing business development activities at QuantX Labs as we expand our product offering and grow into new markets. In my previous role, I was responsible for national operations of the Army MakerSpace program, leading 14 professionals, across seven sites to deliver services to a growing user base. I’m known for my outcome focused approach, an ability to deliver in complex, fast paced environments and growing high performing teams.
