As President of Bootstrap West Michigan and as a Vistage Chair, I focus on leveraging my years of leading global companies through multiple M&A transactions, negotiations, organizational and strategic development, and caring for employees to help clients create a better organization. My members are committed to impactful growth, passionate about reaching their full potential, and eager to create sustainable and scalable solutions. Gathering with peers in similar situations from diverse industries allows executives to have uncomfortable and necessary conversations in order to achieve better results. When leaders successfully balance strategic planning with fearless execution, it will transform and catapult organizations. Giving back is one of the biggest purposes and passions of my life. Renamed it and located it in Tianjin, China. Navigated from 50% equity joint venture to 100% wholly-owned foreign enterprise.◆ Led turnaround of a foundry on shaky footing with primary customer reducing losses and turning company to break even by end of year one. ◆ Spurred complacent conveyor belt manufacturing division to adopt a national expansion plan. Increased revenue $7 million and the number of locations to 11 from seven. Led the acquisition of two competitors.◆ Stabilized commercial printing division and catapulted division to profitability within two years.
