• Managing all aftersales support & service-related activities like m/c commissioning, daily / scheduled / preventive maintenance planning, and troubleshooting of various machines’ electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems along with parts promotion and warranty administration through root cause analysis.• All earth moving Komatsu machines (Excavators, Dozer, Grader, Breaker, Quick Coupler) & LTCEL machines (Compactor, Wheel loader, PTR, Skid steer loader) operations are reviewed daily by me through 40 engineers of 3 dealers in the entire North-East (7 sisters) along with 9 nos of L&T service engineers.• Monthly & quarterly audits of dealers to improve the service & parts related activities. Reducing dealer related complaints by monitoring daily service inflow at the dealerships.• Deputing engineers to various sites in activities like PM, Service camps, AMC, assisting technical guidance and supervision to reduce the mean time to restore, providing training to engineers, and trained 92+ operators at sites.
