Maintain and provide security to the E-6B Mercury aircraft that provides survivable communication links between the National Command Authority (NCA) and Strategic Forces.* Conducted 1,459 successful maintenance actions that amounted to more than 2,800 man-hours.* Supervised and qualified 25 Mine-Countermeasures personnel.* Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment and property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, and unusual occurrences* Patrol military premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates* Answer alarms and investigate disturbances* Warn persons of rule infractions and violations, and apprehend and evict violators from premises, using force when necessary.* Provide security to NAS Pax River and all 17,000+ personnel on board, during all force protection conditions.
