In my previous position as the Assistant Director of Professional Affairs for the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), I recognized the need for the development of advanced educational programs and opportunities for physician assistants working in specialty areas of medicine. I created this position in order to strengthen the relationships.

I worked closely with the Joint Commission (formerly known as JCAHO), National Commission on Quality Assurance (NCQA), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, and other health care regulators/accreditors to develop rules/regs/standards that will.
Physician assistant specializing in chronic pain management and rehabilitation. I managed many of the non-surgical patients, managed pain medications, provided pre and post-op care, hospital rounds, non-surgical pain management including trigger point injections, nerve root blocks, epidurals, etc. Also provided first-assist support during spine surgeries.
