CoFounded Lojens, an EduTech platform in association with Mentors, one of the largest corporations in the education sector from Bangladesh. I designed the product and led a team of 25 professionals consisting of software developers, content managers and marketing team to establish the product for a serviceable market size of 5 million Govt. and Bank Job seekers in Bangladesh. with deep business acumen I was capable to accumulate 300K new users and ~1 million BDT revenue in 2 years establishing a noticeable presence in the market. The product is now being merged with the whole CRM platform of Mentors'

The project however had to be hibernateddue to complex jurisdiction in Bangladesh

Gave life to Reve's internal project and task management system with Employee performance rating within four months. The project was completely dysfunctional with messy implementation upon my arrival.
