Primary project achievements are successfully leading installation for 2 new injection molding cells, and one blow molding cell, budgeted at $1.2 Million, $2 Million, and $14.5 million. Including utilities, material handling and material transfer, scrap handling, oversight of automation suppliers, floor plan, scheduling of equipment moving, directing equipment training, identifying continuous improvement opportunities with maintenance and production team.
