Oversaw the talent management life-cycle from recruitment through alumni engagement, laterally managing 20+ staff and 31 post-collegiate Fellows across 8 national locations. Developed and facilitated the curriculum for a year long cycle of professional development for recent college graduates and new managers in a year long professional Fellowship. Worked cross-functionally and outside the organization to ensure the needs of managers and Fellows was met.Built out the organization’s first institutional policies on hiring, coaching, goal setting, professional improvement and mental health care- based in research on both organizational psychology and emerging adulthood, set performance measures and systems.Grew and scaled admissions process, creating replicable systems to develop programming in 3 new cities in under 2 years, increasing Fellowship slots 18%.

Conducted field research in detention centers and prisons on conditions of asylum-seekers and migrant workers. Interviewed detainees and prison guards, requested freedom of information-requests, and physically inspected facilities.Co-Authored first annual Migration Detention Monitoring Report which was used to determine legal strategy with Israel’s High Court to change conditions in immigration detention centers, the publication of the report received large English and Hebrew media coverage.Cited in both Court Decisions and larger research

Selected from hundreds of applicants to be one of ten fully funded fellows to research and study cross-cultural leadership development in Israel/Palestine.Developed and implemented a 4-level ESL curriculum for the African Refugee Development Center, resulting in all ESL classrooms reaching the goals set by the United Nations High Commission for Refugees.Conceived, planned and executed three full-day, immersive seminars spanning intersectional topics in Israeli society around the role of Evangelical Christians, Marginalization of Minority Communities, and the Legal Implications of Religion and Freedom.

Exceeded organization’s regional and national averages in all results: 100% teacher retention (vs. 94% regionally), 100% of student achievement benchmarks met or exceeded, and 72% teacher satisfaction rates with the program (vs. 23% in Memphis, vs. 29% nationally).Founding team member of the first regional training institute, developing and executing large scale scope and sequences to prepare 200 year teachers to enter their classrooms.

Selected from over 40,000 applicants to work in a public school in a low income community to help close the achievement gap between high and low income schools. Set an ambitious goal of having 100% of students taught accepted into a 2 or 4 year university of their choice,accomplished this goal at the end of the year. Helped school increase graduation rate to 93% (a 20% increase). Developed and implemented an Advanced Placement based curriculum for upper-high school economics class, leading 150 students to attain a total of 90% mastery of all micro and macro economic content taught in first year. On end of year AP aligned exam had an average score of a 3.75 (enough for college credit).
