Leading testing and automation efforts for the Global MyOwner Mobile Apps project. Apps include myChevy, myBuick, myGMC, myCadillac, and previously myOpel/myVauxhall. Responsibilities include:• Maintaining quality across all available countries/languages • Working with automation resources to automate features for smoke testing and regression• Supporting testing for native in app feature and services, in addition to CarPlay/Android Auto implementations • Partaking in scrum managers activities to ensure the team can successfully deliver quality products in a timely manner• Working closing with external teams that integrate into the app to assist in app training, understanding risks/mitigations related to feature implementation, clarifying requirements, troubleshooting potential issues and leading them to resolution.

• World Platform Brand Websites (Classic) - Cadillac, Buick, GMC, Chevrolet, Opel, Vauxhall• World Platform Responsive Brand Websites (Quantum) - Cadillac, Buick• Automation POC - Continuously ran, updated, and maintained supporting scripts written in C#/.Net using Selenium through Visual Studios.

Responded to customer inquiries and developed customer service skills.Collected payments and opened/closed client accounts.Discussed policy terms with current/prospective clients and calculated auto rate quotes.

Faxed, filed, organized, and mailed company documents and products.Assisted in the preparation and regulation of department meetings and activities.
