1. Track the efficiency and cost of mold production, and continuously implement continuous improvement；6. Take part in new project technology analysis and evaluation； 7. Part-time mold flow analysis engineer, performs injection molding simulation analysis for new projects, evaluates risks, and provides corresponding improvement measures;8. Training new mold flow analysis engineers and establish a mold flow team；

Project evaluation stage: Coordinate with project technicians and designers to evaluate the product/mold structure, serving as a technical window for the project mold and communicating with customers；3. Mold design stage: organize and hold mold design review meeting；4. Mold processing stage: Track mold plans and timely handle various issues during mold processing；5. From mold testing to delivery stage: Responsible for the follow-up the mold testing process, handling the improvement of mold/product defects found during mold testing, and follow-up of customer modification work；

Conduct detailed mold design and finalization, participate in mold structure and processing review meetings, and modify the mold based on the decisions of the meeting：3. Participate in mold testing and analysis of product/mold repair plans；4. Responsible for product design changes and improvement design of molds in the production stage；
