I remember going to my first concert when I was 4 years old, sitting on my dad's shoulders as we cheered in the crowd while U2 rocked out on stage. It was probably that night that I fell in love with music. Since then, I've participated in a number of musicals and choirs, cultivating my vocal skills. I had taken a few years of piano lessons before I moved on to guitar, which became my greatest passion.I have been teaching guitar lessons for 6 years, and have been a vocal coach for almost 4 years. I currently have 50 students that I see every week, ranging from ages 7 to 60, and I teach anything from Taylor Swift to Metallica. Song-writing is a new skill I'm working on, and I have a single that will be released later this year.Besides my love of music, I have a passion for creativity and like to use it most when I am writing. I am a University of Utah student studying strategic communications. In this field, I have learned so much about branding, advertising, and journalism, which I expect to use in my future careers.
