Most Recently was the second of two times I worked as the head of Programming for the Delaware cluster of stations...the first was from 1993-1998, with much the same results, with my staff and I the Ratings and Revenue winners.This round I was the Sr. V.P. of Programming (5) Five Broadcast Terrestrial Radio Stations and (5) Five Internet Stations for iHeartMedia in Wilmington, Delaware. During this time around I Managed (19) On-Air and Support Staff at it's largest and duplicated what we created before growing Revenue by 3 Million and spending many quarters leading the regions billing.Additionally, I was the Host of the Sky & Christa show from 5am-10am which was a constant Ratings and Revenue generating Country Station for iHeartMedia. Winning the 18-34 and 25-54 rating demos and helping to generate the lions share of the clusters earnings.
