As the Executive Director of the 43 OAK Foundation, I help lead the organization's mission to empower and support underrepresented communities and causes through philanthropy, education, and advocacy. I oversee the strategic planning, fundraising, grantmaking, and partnerships of the foundation, working with a small and passionate team of staff and volunteers. In the past six months, we have launched new partnerships and revisited old campaigns, that have reached and impacted thousands of individuals across the country.I also serve as the Executive Assistant and Sales Development Rep for 43 OAK, a leading media buying and planning firm that specializes in consultation of media budgeting, assets and strategies. I assist the CEO with various administrative and operational tasks, such as scheduling, travel, research, and reporting. I have a bachelor's degree in business management/operational leadership from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth where I also played ice hockey. I am passionate about diversity and inclusion, advertising and marketing, and media planning, and I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new interests.
