Responsible for Procurement activities in System & Services business in India & APAC region (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia & New Zealand)

•Leading, Mentoring and developing team of Project Engineers handling A,B,C category projects in MV segment for power utilities, data center customers.•Delivery of project results as per forecast, P&L responsibility for project portfolio.•Review of projects, identifying of risks, finalization of mitigation measures and ensuring implementation of the same.•Ensuring project deliveries within time, budget and ensuring world class customer experience•Coordination with SCM, Engineering, Sales, Quality and manufacturing plant teams.•Monitor and ensure compliance of EHS practice at site.•Develop and maintain relationship with key customers.•Manage customer escalations

· Responsibility for all project phases (start-up, planning, design, installation, commissioning and handover).· Civil Line Manager for complete Transmission service business unit.· Provide support to the customer at all times, including providing recommendations based on a thorough understanding of the customer’s business and operational environment.· Ensuring commercial contract conditions and timelines are met, including management of contract variations & change management.· Monitoring & control of the project, including necessary interventions, to ensure achievement of delivery milestones, timelines & quality within the project budget.· Develop and implement cost management for the project in close cooperation with the responsible commercial line manager.· Rigorously monitor and negotiate requirements and fulfillment of project specific conditions with multiple subcontractors and suppliers, including negotiation and agreement of contracts.· Risk management, claim management including development & implementation of suitable technical & commercial mitigation strategies.

Basic Training and process knowledge of Various internal departments of Transmission Solutions Business- Bid, Execution, Supply chain Management, Engineering, Site Management, Project Management.

Two months Summer training in Housing Division (Construction of Residential Society), Roads (Construction of Concrete Roads, Mastic Asphalt Roads), O&M Division (Maintenance of Bitumen Roads)
