We bring together the brightest minds to deliver tangible impacts on the lives of Canadians and people around the world.- Installed, connected, and tuned different Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) according to the process diagrams;- Deployed video surveillance system across multiple facilities, and conducting administrative tasks;- Performed complete installation and setup of VoIP system;- Operated industrial process-air equipment, air treatment, and water cooling systems based on standard operating procedures;- Conducted regular inspection, repair, and scheduled maintenance service for high-flow turbine machinery and large-scale turbo compressors, industrial grade heat exchangers, water filtration-treatment systems, high-temperature natural gas heaters and chillers;- Provided repair or replacement of electric and pneumatic valves, pressure vessels, and other associated industrial equipment;- Identify and troubleshoot technical, electrical or programming issues in large air compression facilities;- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and determined corrective actions;- Maintained reports and draft protocols for equipment and its conditions;- Preparing, analyzing, documenting experiments and tests data and logging it through computerized systems;- Performed all other duties assigned in the computerized maintenance management system.
